The Evening
On the last Saturday of September 2027, The County Hotel opens its doors onto the ocean floor. Our second grand ball takes the House's recipe — costume required, theatre everywhere, every detail placed with intent — and sinks it slowly into the deep. Guests take their seats for a sit-down three-course dinner as the room fills with the ocean's creatures, and the night unfolds from candlelit dining into dancing, with the whole evening scored live.
Our first ball, The Vampire Ball, was crimson and candlelit. The Siren's Abyss goes deeper.
One hundred and fifty places. No more.
The Sound
Returning after their live set at The Vampire Ball, Volcarna perform live through the evening. Expect the volume to rise as the night descends.
The Dress
Costume is required, and the theme is the ocean — but the ocean after dark. Sirens in seaweed silk and pearl. Leviathans in deep velvet. Drowned royalty still wearing their crowns, shipwrecked aristocracy, things with teeth. If it belongs at the bottom of the sea, it belongs on this dance floor. For guidance and inspiration, see our Dress Code.

Before You Dive
How do I buy tickets?
Tickets are available through Eventbrite — the gold button above — or directly from the House: email tickets@houseofkaos.co.uk. Payment plans are available directly from the House over 8, 12 or 16 weeks; your place is held from the first payment and confirmed once the plan is paid in full. See the Payment Plan page for details.
What if it sells out?
Once the 150 places are gone, they're gone — but join the waitlist and you'll be written to first if any returned tickets appear, and first to hear what the House does next.
Can I get a refund or transfer my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to someone else — just email hello@houseofkaos.co.uk in advance with the new attendee's details. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely — many guests do. Costume is the great equaliser, and the House's community is a welcoming one. You'll leave with more acquaintances than you arrived with.
Be written to first — join the House's waitlist and hear about returned tickets and future nights before anyone else.
